One of our biggest tasks as teachers is to inspire. Inspire our students to want to learn, give their best effort each and everyday, and exemplify good character by treating their peers with the exact kindness and respect that they would want to receive themselves.
I am just getting my feet wet as a new teacher, but over the past three years I have been heavily involved in the school setting as a substitute teacher. From this experience, I have witnessed firsthand the amount of time and dedication it takes to be a great teacher.
